Making a return
For the holidays, the return time for items ordered from 24 November to 21 December 2022 has been extended until 20 January 2023.
We want to ensure the utmost satisfaction and peace of mind to our clients' purchase, so if for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return one or more products no later than 30 days after the date on which you have received your order. We will refund the amount spent for the returned goods, excluding any shipping and gift packaging costs. We do consider replacements exclusively for changing sizes.
It's easy to make a return. Follow the online instructions, making sure you have the preprinted and prepaid label that can be found inside the package (if you don't have one, contact us).
Access your order page via your account or directly by clicking here (guest user), entering the details requested; select the item or items you wish to return and click on "Submit Return Request".
You will receive an email containing the details of the return, the instructions for preparing the package and the link to book the pick-up with the courier. You can organise the pick-up at home, selecting the desired date and time, or choose to deliver the package to a collection point.
The product must necessarily be returned under the following conditions:
- it must not have been used
- the package must not show any signs of wear, abrasions or scratches
- the product must be accompanied by the enclosed warranty
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you and the refund will not be made.
After the return has been verified, you will receive an email confirming the refund, which will be made through the payment method used for the order.
Returns are only allowed through the procedure described; retail stores cannot give refunds or replace products purchased online.
If you placed an order before 30 November 2022 and did not find the return label inside your package, click here to proceed with the return request.
The refund process will take place after our staff has validated the return, within five working days of the moment the goods are received. It will be made through the same payment method used for the order. The refund times depend on the payment method. The refunded amount will not include any costs for shipping or gift wrapping.
If you want to request a size change, you can contact us by completing this form, and selecting the option "Request a size change" in the drop-down menu. Remember to enter the order number in the appropriate field and indicate the item for which you want to replace the size, specifying the new desired size. You will then receive an email at the address you provided with the instructions to follow.
