If you want to add a gift box, select the appropriate box on the Cart page. The package will reach the recipient with a summary document that will not specify the price, and the product will be presented with special packaging. By selecting the gift option, you will also have the option to write a personalised message that will be printed on the card and sent together with your gift; if the message field is not filled in, the package will still include a blank card. Each order is hand-packed with great care. 

At Giovanni Raspini, we care about protecting the environment and try to reduce waste. Each product purchased on this website is delivered in its own packaging. Sometimes, however, it may happen that orders of products belonging to the Charms range contain many pieces, often destined to form a single piece of jewellery. We have therefore left the choice of packaging to you, so that you can decide how many boxes you want to match the products you are buying in a personalised way.

If four or more products belonging to the Charms range are added to the Cart, the packaging option will be displayed on the relevant page. You can choose for each product to be packaged in separate boxes, or for the products to be placed in bulk in a single box; otherwise you can ask us to divide them as you prefer by entering your instructions in a dedicated field.

You can create and access your account on the Giovanni Raspini website by selecting the appropriate icon at the top right. You can decide whether to enter your data directly in the form or register through your Google or Facebook accounts.
