Use the filters above to refine your search. Once you have found the item, you would like to purchase, click on the "Add to cart" button to add it to your shopping cart. To complete your order, please follow the instructions for the checkout process. A confirmation email will inform you that the order has been successfully placed. You can make purchases both as a registered user and in Guest mode.

Once you have found the items you want to buy, the website will ask you to enter your email address to proceed to checkout. Subsequently, it will be possible to enter the shipping address (step 1/3), and select the payment method (step 2/3). Complete the order by selecting "Buy now" (step 3/3). A message will confirm that the purchase was successful. You will also receive a confirmation email with your order details. 

It is possible to modify the contents of the Cart and the shipping and payment details up to the time of the final checkout (step 3/3). Once the order has been completed, if you wish to change the shipping details or cancel it, you can contact customer services using the appropriate form. 

If you want to add a gift box, select the appropriate box on the Cart page. The package will reach the recipient with a summary document that will not specify the price, and the product will be presented with special packaging. By selecting the gift option, you will also have the option to write a personalised message that will be printed on the card and sent together with your gift; if the message field is not filled in, the package will still include a blank card. Each order is hand-packed with great care. 

At Giovanni Raspini, we care about protecting the environment and try to reduce waste. Each product purchased on this website is delivered in its own packaging. Sometimes, however, it may happen that orders of products belonging to the Charms range contain many pieces, often destined to form a single piece of jewellery. We have therefore left the choice of packaging to you, so that you can decide how many boxes you want to match the products you are buying in a personalised way.

If four or more products belonging to the Charms range are added to the Cart, the packaging option will be displayed on the relevant page. You can choose for each product to be packaged in separate boxes, or for the products to be placed in bulk in a single box; otherwise you can ask us to divide them as you prefer by entering your instructions in a dedicated field.

You can create and access your account on the Giovanni Raspini website by selecting the appropriate icon at the top right. You can decide whether to enter your data directly in the form or register through your Google or Facebook accounts.

Creating an account will not only allow you to complete your purchases faster but also to consult your order history, save your personal information and your shipping addresses, and also save your favourite products in a wishlist.
