Giovanni Raspini Milano Mood Portrait
A great photographic competition tied to the city of Milan

Arrives Giovanni Raspini Milano Mood Portrait, a great photographic competition tied to the city of Milan, to fashion, to design and to people, organized in partnership with Photo Milano - Spazio Tadini. The project originates from the desire to relate with the contemporary world through a media fundamental for the life of the fashion world and the natural attitude of Giovanni Raspini in fostering culture and artistic creativity through concrete tools.

The competition is divided into the sections Street style & fashion and Urban design & people. It will be possible submit registration from November 1st to December 17th 2018 and participate with up to two unpublished works. The 200 selected photographs will be exposed for a month at Spazio Tadini; the awards ceremony will take place during the inauguration of the exhibition on Thursday January 17th 2019.

Important prizes for a total value of 5,000 euros are expected, in addition to the trophy created by Giovanni Raspini. The works will also be published in the photographic book which will be printed and distributed in bookshops by the organizing committee.

Leonello Bertolucci (photographer, photo editor, journalist, and lecturer at Istituto Italiano di Fotografia)
Federicapaola Capecchi (independent curator and choreographer)
Melina Scalise (journalist, psychologist and president Casa Museo Spazio Tadini)
Francesco Maria Rossi (journalist and copywriter of the promoting company)

it was held on Tuesday 18th of December, when the six winners of the two sections Street Style & Fashion and Urban Design & People were chosen.

The winners will be awarded on the evening of the inauguration of the exhibition dedicated to the competition, which will be held on Thursday 17 January 2019 at 6.30 pm at the Spazio Tadini (via Niccolò Jommelli 24 - Milan). The winning photographs, along with all the others that have reached the final selection stage, will be exhibited for one month starting from that day. They will also be published in the photographic book which will be printed and distributed in bookshops by the organizing committee.
