Antonino Cannavacciuolo receives the Giovanni Raspini Food&Wine Award 2018
The chef was celebrated in Villa Crespi.

"I am Antonino Cannavacciuolo, a man of word, of blade and fire", this is the text (translated) on the sculpture-prize created by Giovanni Raspini and depicting a rhino surmounted by an obelisk that bears, as in a narration, the signs and elements characterizing the great Neapolitan chef's career. It is the Giovanni Raspini Food&Wine Award 2018, an award dedicated to important personalities from the world of food and wine.

So the brand once again confirms its role as a protagonist in the world of the art of the table, of the great silverware and of the molded plastic in silver and bronzobianco. A role that has been sealed over the years by the many exclusive creations destined to reward the likes of David Lynch, Dario Fo, Zygmunt Bauman, Stefano Bollani and Mogol, as well as those made for important champions of golf, equitation, sailing and tennis.

For the Giovanni Raspini Food&Wine Award 2018, Antonino Cannavacciuolo was chosen, the multi-starred chef patron of the Relais et Chateau Villa Crespi. Two Michelin stars and several awards in the most renowned gastronomic guides that have earned him the entry into the TV world with the Italian editions of MasterChef and Kitchen Nightmares. Beloved TV personality, thanks above all to his sympathy and authority. A decisive character, as decisive is his kitchen: a tasty journey that starts from the Neapolitan tradition of southern Italy to reach the lake of Orta through the great international cuisine.

And right on the shores of the lake, in the beautiful Villa Crespi, the award ceremony was held on April 5th in front of the press, guests and personalities. The chef has rediscovered in the sculpture his passions and commented: "It's an exciting prize, it represents me!". Here is all the unforgettable emotion of a kitchen full of passion.
