From the visionary universe of Giovanni Raspini comes an unprecedented creative exploration of the animalier world, with big cats taking their rightful place centre stage. During the free exhibition, which is visiting Milan, Rome and Florence, 28 unique pieces are going on display, showcasing the indomitable and natural beauty of the protagonists with remarkable colours, lines and textures.

Each piece of jewellery is adorned with stones, gems and pearls, with different vibrant shades for each element of the exhibition: unique and unrepeatable colours, which form precious harmonies, underline the singular qualities of every creation.

Beyond fierce strength and indomitable spirit, the exhibition also reveals creations endowed with extraordinary elegance and lightness, such as the Mariposa Necklace, in which delicate butterflies fly around the décolletage, elevating the material in a dance of refined visual poetry.
In line with Giovanni Raspini’s ethos, the unique nature of the animals of Panthère Noire is rooted in a constant and intense quest for stylistic variations on the theme of the feline bestiary. The creations are born from a free and generative aesthetic, combining fangs, claws and fur textures, embellished with gems and feathers in vibrant colours.
“My animalier instinct was born while admiring the wonderful jewellery that unknown goldsmiths
have dedicated to felines over the millennia. I vividly remember a gold Hittite bracelet I saw many years ago [...] Its simple and effective beauty created a very modern design, with two lion protomes joined by a semicircle.”
